Light requirements for Condy Anemone

I have a 10g nano that I plan to put only condy anemone and damsels. I currently have a 48w T5HO. Will this be sufficient or should I upgrade to a 96w T5HO? I've heard people say that a condy can "grow under a flashlight" and other places say they have high light requiments.

That light will be sufficient on that size tank.

The rule of thumb is 2 watts per gallon, so with 48w it is very sufficient.

I have a similar question. Will a 48 watt t5 light be enough for my 20 gallon tank to keep condy anemones?

Katie, yes it should be. Condies do not need a lot of light like most.
