light schedule

I am looking for only experienced answers here no new guesses for times. I have had my ai leds for over a year now and I am looking for other light schedules. I am looking for all light times and percentages. I am redoing my timers because my new baby calmes down when she sees the lights. As of now my light come on at 3 and I am looking for something earlier. Sense I have to change it I figured I would see if there were any better schedules.Thanks in advace andy.

I run my AI SOL's from 9:30AM until 8:00PM with a lunar cycle. I know it seems like a lot, but the first 3 hours the intensities are low and slowly ramp up. Kind of like sunrise. I do the same thing for the last three hours of the night, instead ramping them down. Kind of like sunset. The real deal photoperiod is about 5-6 hours (when the lights are at their brightest). I can get you the specs but it will take me a bit as I utilize all 14 timer settings.

I was actually looking at yours that you posted in another thead and used that as a template because I liked it.

I would be interested in seeing the setting myself. I'm finally going to a dimmable light and would like to gets starting point that works.
