Light shock for shrooms?

I currently have a 180g tank lit by 2 96 watt 50/50 compact fluorescent bulbs. I'm thinking of doubling the light so that I can add some leathers (this tank started out FOWLR and is slowly mutating to a softy tank). I have several colonies of Vietnamese mushrooms that are about 13" beneath the current light. If I add 2 more bulbs (for a total of 4x96 watt 50/50) will this harm/shock the shrooms?

I would add the additional lighting then run them an hour or two the first day, then add another hour each day. You say 13" below, so I'm guessing they are at mid level, so you could lower them if you see them shrinking on you.
