Light spectrum question

What is the best light spectrum I should get for my t5 lamp. ( it has 4 lamps)
I am looking for good growth and good color .

I use the same. Pretty good, real crisp white. Only use this for good growth and good color though. Somebody has the secret for great growth and great color out there...

If you're using any combination of ati blue+ or either of their white bulbs there is no secret. No magical combo, especially not 4 bulbs. The spectrum from 400-500nm present in all ati bulbs is nearly identical and that's where 99% of your growing power is. Otherwise you're just adjusting it to your visual preference by varying the red and green levels.
