light timing

How long does everyone have there lights on for?

I try and have them on for no more than 12 hours.

Actinics 11:30 a. to 8:30 p. and the halides noon to 8:00 p.

I have the Nova T5 6x54W on my 75 and want to know how much light I should provide.

2 - 54w T5s on (3:30 pm to 11:30 pm) 8 hours

No I have them on for 2hrs after the lights go out. When the lights are on I dont use them cause you cant notice them. I have 4x54 watt t-5 on an icecap 660. I will add 2 more t-5 and use them for dawn/dusk and will run them from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm.

I have adjusted my timing now it is 3 10k's 1:30pm-9:30pm
and the Atinics starting at 12:30pm-10:30pm

I have a few corals mostly zoas, and a few softies. no SPS yet!

Two VHO-110 Actinics 9am-10am & 10pm-11pm
Two MH175 14K (left/right side of tank) 10am-9pm
One MH400 14K (center of tank) 11am-8pm

Two Moonlights (monthly moon cycle - controlled by ACIII)
