Lighting and white balance

Hey guys,
So I am having a bit of a problem. I have a D100 with a macro lens. I'm running a 20K and 10K bulb over the tank. When I take the picture the colors change completely. What was red is now a brown or dark orange. Everything is blue!!!!! I have messed with the ISO and white balance options but there is only the slightest of change. How do I get pictures like I see online? Is it post photoshop or what? What should I be setting my D100 at???? I now know the difference between RAW and JPG but I still do not know how to rid of the blue hue in every photo!!!! HELP PLEASE

You might find this article useful for a discussion about white balance and how to set it. If you want to do this in-camera, you need to set the camera to recognize what white looks like under your lights. You can also it in Photoshop. ISO won't affect white balance and the pre-set WB options in the camera probably won't do much for the actinic lights of a reef aquarium (although the automatic WB in my son's D80 did a good job with my tank).
