Lighting cycle

I am looking for suggestions on how I should have my lights go on and off. I have a Current NovaExtreme Pro HO T5 fixture for my 180 G reef tank. My tank is filled to the brim with mostly softies and LPS, with various fish, live rock, etc. I swapped-out the stock bulbs for a variety of purples, blues and whites. What suggestions do you have in regards to the timing of the lighting?

I would say 6-7 hours a day whenever you want to run them. I run mine 330 -1030

I was also wondering if ALL the lights should be on at the same time, or should the whites go off while the blues stay on (or something else)?
