Lighting for a 45g, help!

witch would be I good light setup for a 45g SPS/LPS tank (lamps and ballast).

I'm sure you'll get plenty of different suggestions, but I have a 46g and my ideal would be two 14k 150's

Btw, 28"x20"x16" is only just around 37 gallons.
