lighting for a rbta?

i have a 10g nano with a 36w t5 and a 18w pc.
is this enough for a bta of any kind?

Yes thats enough light,but anemones will out grow that tank very fast!

What kind of light is on the 30? I wouldn't both with the 10, you will just stress him out.

A good rule of thumb to go by is around 4 watts per gallon, so in a 30, anything around 120w and above should be fine.
