Lighting for anemone.

I have a couple of oc clowns and often thought of getting anemones. I am running 50-50 t5 lighting, is this good enough?

50/50 is usually a description of CF or compact fluorescent lighting. CF lighting is not usually recommended for a lot of corals/anemones, but it depends on the tank depth.

If you have 4 T5HO bulbs, that would be enough as long as your tank isn't super deep.

They are coralife 50-50 each tube is split into two. One blue and one white. They are not high output t5 just regular t5.

you have CF lights. Doubtful they will support a Nem

What are the dimensions of your tank. Knowing your tank size we can give you some ideas on lights that would work.

After your post Indy, I looked up my bulbs and you are correct they are t5 Cf. Thanks for clearing that up, I was unaware. That being said my tank is 48" long 24" deep and 18" wide. 90 gallon.

Your tank size is fine. But you will /should upgrade your lighting to keep most anemones
