lighting for my anemone

I have a 20 g long and 4 t5 bulbs...2 daylight and 2 actinic each being 24wtts...I believe that comes out to 4.8 watts per gallon which i heard is good?? anyway is this enough lighting to keep an anemone and if yes, what would be the best kind?? thanks any advice would help

I have a 15 gallon tank with one double bulb strip T-5 light and have a large RBTA. I originally had 4 bulbs over the tank and took one strip light off because he stayed under the edge of his rock. He stays out in the open now with less light. I never go by watts per gallon anymore, but par.
