Lighting for my new Tank???

I am getting my 200 gallon deep dimension starfire tank this Friday and am going to start building a stand and canopy. I have a dual 250w galaxy ballast and have 2 LumenMax reflectors coming in with my tank. Is this, along with 2 VHO actinics going to have enough spread and penetration for the tank?

Tank is 4' long, 3' wide, and 27" tall.

Reflectors are for mogul lamps, plan on using Radiums or XM 20k.

Depends on what you are going to put in there. Softies are going to be ok, most others, but, 400w would be best for that depth. And I would not use 20k on that depth with only 250w. JMO.

my tank now is a 72 bowfront with sps dominating the population. it is 27" deep as well and i can keep sps in the upper to mid 2/3 of the tank. i have some sps in the bottom 1/3 of the tank, but they grow fairly slowly, which is fine since they are monti caps and encrusting montis. i plan to keep sps, lps, and softies. all arranged in height according to their light demands.
