Lighting for RBTA

I read the FAQ on the stickie, but I have a question.

I have a RBTA coming in tommorow, which of my lights should I use for a 46 Bow Front.

1. I have a JBJ Compact. Fl. which has 2 x 96 watt - 36" bulbs -
I'd like to use this, since it looks cleaner.

2. I have a 250 watt Metal Halide pendant, but I don't have a canopy for it. I'd have to build one tonight or somehow hang it.

My question. Will it be OK with the compact Flo. lighting? There's probably 5-7 inches from the surface from the highest rock...

Or should I not even risk it and go with the Metal Halide?

BTW, I've had a tank now for almost 10 years, this is my first attempt at an anenome....

I had a 46 gallon with a 250watt MH and the BTA did well. But he did not sit in the bright light, so maybe the fluorescents will be OK.

my RBTA is thriving (maybe too much so since it's getting huge) at the bottom of a 24 gallon tank under a 70 watt HQI bulb, so the PC's should be more than enough. In one of my older tanks, I had a 29 gallon sps with a 250 watt MH and the anemone moved all the time trying to find shade! My current setup, he never moves!!

I started out with an bta in a 90gal. and now I have 10.
lighting on my 90:

2 55 watt 10000 K cf
2 55 watt atinic cf
1 40 watt 420 atinic t12
