lighting for RBTA

ive got a 30gal cube with 30x turnover rate as far as flow is concerned i also just got a 70w sunpod...wanted 150 but got a heck of a deal on it. i was just going to make sure that this will suffice. i also do a 20% water change every 2 weeks. any advice

i think itll work, it just depends on where that RBTA is, i would put it near the light source but itll probably get there itself.

Can be done, but yeah it will probably move upperwards into the light. any other lighting for the tank?

Probally needs more light but they are pretty good at adapting.
