Lighting for soft corals

I am thinking of keeping some soft corals once my tank has been cycled, and then I will probably wait another 3-4 months before adding any type of corals, but my main question is if I wanted to keep some soft corals, leathers and such, would a Current USA Power Compact Lighting system be enough light, I was thinking maybe a dual satellite model which I believe is 4x65 for lighting, thats 4 total actinics, and 4 daylight bulbs

Can't say about the leathers - don't have them, but the soft and LPS corals should be fine under 4x65W 10,000K bulbs, plus actinics, over 75g.
I have 90g intentionally low light tank with 2x55W PC light, the top 1/3 of the tank is inhabitable for the corals.

Most toadstools and sinularia will be ok under that lighting. Stay away from the harder to keep leathers like the fiji yellow and the bali green. Adding phytoplankton 3-4 times a week can help keeping some of the harder leathers. Also look into upgrading the flow in your tank. Most corals with the exception of LPS tend to like a lot more flow that you would think. I have 1800 gph in my 36 gallon tank.
