lighting heat?

i have a 6foot 180gal tank with corals that have lower light
needs I have a 6 foot solairs led sofar it is still working.
I have been told its not if it will quit but when. my question
is heat from lights one of my lfs says 800 watts of light or what
ever is how much heat you have .T5 lights cooler than metal ?
the lfs says same heat if watts the same I like the lights in a
unit like the constellation not pendants any one tell me
witch lights I should use if I want the type thats in a fixture
like t5 constellation

T5's and metal halide both put out heat, the use of fans will cure most if not all your issues with this. I say go with whatever type or style of lighting you want and use fans and it should be fine
