Lighting help

I eventually want to set up a bigger tank for a carpet anemone but need to wait. In the mean time I want to set up an 8 inch cube with a maxi mini and sexy shrimp in it as, from what I've read, they are easy to care for and stay small. I've been looking at nano lights but have no idea what to get. And a lot if them are like $350! Are there any suitable nano lights that will fit an 8 inch tank that are under $200? Thanks!
