lighting in 150 gallon

I recently set up a 150 gallon tank thats 72" x 29" x 18", I previsely had a 75 gallon reef, My Idea was to just have a FOWLR but started missing zoa's and Mushrooms, just the FOWLR had no color. I have a 4 x 96 watt PC lighting and like to keep zoa's on the sandbed ( in my 75 gallon I placed them on my rocks, they grew like crazy and got out of control). My question is is this lighting good enough and is the tank too deep to keep them on the bottom. I did my a few, they have been doing well for a couple of weeks, but not the most colorful in my tank.

Would t5's help.

Thanks

YES, the more light the better. Zoos get their food from light. Just like plants do. T5s or MH's are the best. Do you need it, not really but you won't get as good of a growth nor the best color morph or color up from them.

Good parameters and flow is also KEY.

Thank you,
Should I try movimg them up on he rocks for a while.

would a tek 4ft with 8 ulbs unit work on a 6 ft tank or will a 3 footers be better, I just cant seem to find agood priced 72" t5 unit.

Thanks
