Lighting on 30 gal

I have a 30 gallon and am trying to find out how many wpg is consider low, moderate, and high.

I currently have 4.3 watts per gallon and if I ever am able to fix one of the bulbs/ballist in my double light fixture, I will have 6.5. This is with compact lighting.

WPG is a bad matrix for any situation; there are too many variables to contend with, such as surface area, depth and water clarity.
Being PC's, it is probably moderate intensity at best, for higher intensity you'll have to switch to MH or T-5's.
