What are the general suggestions for lightings to use on a frag tank (obviously smaller then most show tanks)? Obviously I would like the zoas to grow a bit, but uber-growth is not required. Just curious as to what the zoa pros use on their prop tanks.
Ok, I was thinking T-5s but they seem to be pretty low on wattage (I'm not up on the whole T-5 technology). If anything goes is the answer, I am fine with that .
The people who use T-5 lighting claim that it is the best of both worlds as far as lighting goes. The whole mh vs flouresent thing.
And they are very vocal about.
I'm a mh guy all the way. You just can't beat a nice 14k or 20k color.
But whatever floats your boat.
