Lighting options for 360g cube w/ center overflow

Hi all. I am working on a project for the Pittsburgh Children's Hospital that consists of two new 360g cube tanks. The intention is to go all out with sps in one and a Caribbean reef in the other. My question is: what are the best lighting options out there to give even, full coverage without going over say $1,500/tank? Feel free to shoot me any other questions and thanks for the help!
