Lighting problem

Purchased an IceCap 660 with 4 waterproof end caps prewired yesterday to put 4 T-5 48-inch lights over my freshwater tank. When I plug it in, all lights illuminate then turn off. Any suggestions?

I had that happen to me because of a bad bulb (possible bad connection), or because the ballast was bad.
I would first make sure all connections are good (wire to endcap and endcap to bulb). With a little luck, you will find the problem there.

I put 4 different bulbs in and the problem still exists. looking at wiring now
