i have a 90 gallon bowfront tank with 4 125watt vho bulbs and just curious becuase im kinda new to corals, are there any corals i cant put in my tank...i understand that most of the light intense corals require 3-4 watts per gallon and i believe i have that covered....any input will be greatly appreciated...Thanks

really? when i bought the lights i thought i was pretty much set up to grow everything...can you give me an explanation as to why not and what i can possibly do to fix it so i can grow anything i want? at the moment my first coral was 3 heads of green mushrooms and geesh those things have taken off and are scattered all over my tank i probably have atleast 30 to 40 heads now

par

par

watts is not everything par is the measurement of light intensity so your softies are fine under low par but not sps's. they need that high par to grow, if you are new and in low budget we (as since I did this before) tend to go for the cheap or not know what to get. if you want to grow sps's you need MH or
t5's. like I said before montis or caps might do. do some research in a frag before buying it and try some cheap. see how it goes.
