lighting question

i have a 4bulb t5 set up. i wanted to replace a couple of bulbs this week and then the other 2 next week. i bought and actinic white and an actic blue,but when i looked at the bulbs with lights on facing me. i noticed a yellowish bulb. So that makes 2 blue bulbs a bright white and a yellow......is the yellow a bad bulb? or is that considered a daylight bulb?
big question is how should these bulbs be set up? what should i have?
