Lighting question

I have a 125 gallon with a 55 gallon fuge. I am running a T5 8x80 watt, 410k and 4 actinic. I am wondering if this would be pelnty for a BTA, a carpet anemone, or even a LTA. Any suggestions?

Haven't had much experience with the T5s myself, but assuming you have individual reflectors, you would probably have plenty of lighting at least for a BTA (and most likely the others as well).
