Lighting question

A month ago my 46g tank broke, and I'm almost done setting up a 90. Today I picked up a 48", 8 bulb, tek-elite fixture and I was curious if this would be enough light for magnificas. I'm nowhere near close to getting any livestock let alone a nem, but the thought crossed my mind...
