I would like to buy the lights asap...

do one 50/50 and one daylight if you want alot of white light for growth with a small amount of blue or if you want alot of blue and aren't worried about much growth do one daylight and one actinic.

thats what i was gonna do but which actinic there are two kinds

The 420 will give you a deep purple tint and the 460 will be a deep blue - it all depends on what colors "you" like best

so do the corals benefit at all from it?

As I understand it, corals will benefit a little bit from actinic watts, but not much.
