Lighting question

I am in the process of making a dawn to dusk effect with my lights. I have 4 CF lights come on from 8 am - 8 pm, 2 MH come on from 11:30 am - 4:30 pm, and moonlights from 8 pm - 8 am. I don't have a dimmer ballast so the come on full blast when they turn on. What is the best light to use to mimic early day and late day sunlight?

I personally use actinic bulbs for that.

Thanks for the response. That's what I'm hearing form other places too. Just wanted to verify.

Plus, they give some more blue when the MHs are on.
