hello, what are the recommended aquarium lighting schedules? i currently have my lights on from 5pm-12am. is that okay? also for a refugium, is it better to have the lights on reverse photoperiod? if so should i have my refugium lights on from 12am-5pm?

Reverse light schedule will help keep your pH stable. I don't see anything wrong with that lighting schedule.

what lighting do you have---photoperiod is only one consideration to make;)

i have a current nova extreme for my 3 gallon, and current satellite for my 3gallon. my 30gallon gets no sunshine since its in the basement, but my 3 gallon is in my room and gets a bit of sunlight in the morning. should is till stick with the photoperiod?
