Lighting suggestions

What do you guys think I should use for my softy/seahorse tank. I've mostly done lps/sps so its been mh or t5. It will be a 36"long 30 gallon tank. Mostly zoas, leathers and mushrooms will be kept.

I'm running a cheap T5 fixture over my seahorse tank. It's a 65 gal (24" tall, I think). The fixture has the single flat reflector (no W's) and is a (4) bulb-24" set up. It grow caulerpa for me, so that's all I need. I would think softies would do okay under this lighting, but only have nonphotosynth corals in there (dendros and balano's). I may someday upgrade to a lower light LED set up...
