lighting suggestions

So I just ordered a new tank 36x36x22 cube. Now for the fun part what lighting should I go with? Thinking I want l.e.d's for the tank. Was looking at used radions gen 1 but I would eventually upgrade them to gen 2 or pro depending on price range at the moment.
Currently have 4 bulb t5 over my tank now so t5s are a option but I dont like the fact I woul need a 6-10 bulb and at the 20 $ a bulb every year gets kinda pricy. What do you guys suggest? I read today a little bit on the reefbreeders new fixture but havent seen or herd much control ability of these units are they like radions? Can you do the storm mode? I know its not required but does make a nice feature though. Any thoughts? Thanks. Budget is flexable a little. No m.h Thanks

I think two gen 1 Radions would be perfect that. As you already pointed out you could upgrade them later if needed. I have the gen 1 without the TIR lenses and have no need or desire to upgrade yet. So far im doing just fine with it as is. I don't know enough about the reefbreeder fixture to make any comment there. Also a couple of the older AI sol blues might be another good less expensive route too.

Thanks was looking for some advice and thanks definitely considering the radions. U think 2 for 800 us good deal? Used. 1 year old.

I bought mine shortly after the came out so i had to look up how much they even go for now. It looks like the Gen1 is still ~$600 each so yeah $800 for two, that sounds like a pretty decent deal assuming they are in good condition.

I know everyone has their personal preference and there are several lighting options out there that people will be biased towards and I have only tried a few of them but so far I have been most happy with my Radion. My tank is a long way away from any computer so I bought an iogear wireless USB hub for mine and loaded pocket cloud on my Ipad so I can control mine while sitting in front of the tank.

Thats an interesting fact usb hub.. wireless. I like. Ya the 2 radions have been used 1 year. With some minir scratches but they will not be in the open but behind my canopy anyhow. Thanks for responding
