Lighting suggestions

VHO or T5?

No MH yet, but plan to add them later. I was looking at the ARO 2 bulb VHO kit (2 of them) for my 90. Just looking for suggestions of combos everyone likes to use with a four bulb setup. Tank is now plumbed and has water in it, so lighting and circulation is the next task.

Hellolights has the reflector kit that I'm looking at,it is for MH and it comes predrilled for VHO brackets as well.

T5 tek vs. VHO

T5 tek vs. VHO

Anybody here have a tek light? Im comparing these with a retro kit or VHO. If so, 4 or 6 bulb setup for a 90. I want to keep anything in a mixed reef. Just a little concerned with heat, but tank is in the basement so it is a little cooler, but still may need to move some air.

VHO: icecap or aro? I can get a 660 cheap, but I want independent control so I was looking at two 2 bulb retros.
