That would do it.

Other than that the question is how much do you want to spend? You can drop a lot of money on a controllable LED setup or just enjoy your T5's which will work fine on a 10 gallon tank.

Ok thanks. These T5s are within my budget. If I upgrade to a bigger tank I will consider the LEDs
