Lighting tank with skkye tablet 30w

I just ordered the innovative marine 30w led skkye tablet light for my tank. 5 fish, live rock, live sand and 4 soft corals.

Can someone recommend a lighting schedule for
Day only
Lunar only
Actinic only
Day and actinic
Etc etc
How long of each and times that would be good. Thanks this actinic is new to me as the corals will be new and I'd like to get the light and timer all set up obviously before buying corals. Thanks!

How is the cooling fan noise from the tablet 30w? is it very loud? I am thinking between IM tablet 30w and Kessil A150w Ocean Blue. Thanks.
