Lighting... will t5s work for ltas?

Is anyone succesfully keeping long tenticles under t5 lighting? Ive heard that they need MH but t5 technology has come a long way.

I keep one under T5s and its doing well. Its in the sandbed about 24" away from the tubes and it has good colouration, tentacle extention and a great feeding response.

LTA is a broad lumping of anemones, so I suppose it depends on what you are actually calling an LTA.
I have an H Crispa that I took in from a tank teardown and was going to die a horrible death. The previous owners preferred the look of it white with purple tips and didn't seem to understand that they were killing it.
Today it has doubled in size, regrown a lot of zooanthelae (sp?), and eats like a pig under 4x96 PC in a 24 inch deep tank. Although the monster is also 12 or so inches across so it's a lot closer to the lights than the depth of the tank.
