Lighting

I am moving up from a 12gal JBJ nano to a 37 Gal Oceanic Cube and would like to know what Light to use, I would eventually like to grow corals and am not sure which light to purchase. My budget is around $500 for the light.

you can do really well for $500. what size is the tank? were you thinking a pendant? or a canopy? or an open top canopy?

37 Gal, and I plan to keep and open top, I was thinking of the SunPod, but their are some many options.

i have the odyssea MH and you would save a ton of money and i think it looks great. electronic ballasts, so no fires. everyone says they need upgraded right away, but i am very happy. aquatraders sells many different sizes so go look. they come with MH, actinic CF, and blue moon LED.
