I recently purchased a current USA nova T5 lighting fixture. I was wondering what would be the best way to put the lights in if i should go actinic 10k actinic 10k or actinic actinic 10k 10k. Also the fan on the light is extreamly loud, is that somthing I should leave running or is it going to be fine if i just don't use the fan?

Have you Actinics paired on one timer, and your daylights paired on another timer. Looking at the fixture from front to back the bulbs would go Act-Day-Act-Day. Yes use the fan. I have mine timed to come on with the Actinics, but you could have it come on with the Day lights if you wanted. You will want to change the bulbs down the road. I'm running UV 460 actinic, UV 420 Super Actinic, AquaSun Reef Blue 10k, and Current 12k. I love this combo compared to the stock bulbs. All in all, i've been completely satisfied with this fixture, and would recommend it to anyone looking to buy T-5's! I wish mine came with individual reflectors instead of the single parabolic reflector.
