Lights Coming On & Off Too Quickly With Temp Probe

Up until today my lighting stopped after the ph code. It's only today that I added the defer command after re-reading the manual. That code doesnt' seem to work and my light still goes on and off every few minutes, not the 10 like I was hoping.
