lights for a 180 ?

i have a ice cap set up with 2 -160 watt bulbs ,but I am trying to keep down the electric ,would you use theses or what is my other choice? to still get good light and less than 320 watts

If you really wanna get down on electric, just run some floursents. Aggresive tanks dont require much, if at all, any lighting. Lighting just inhances the tanks overall look.
