lights for a 180 ?

i have a ice cap set up with 2 -160 watt bulbs ,but I am trying to keep down the electric ,would you use theses or what is my other choice? to still get good light and less than 320 watts

This hobby ain't cheap. Fluorescent is probably the only alternative and it isn't nearly as good.
