Lights for anemone

Hello,

I just had a question
Im getting a RBTA with a pair mated Clarkii's
And I have 2 150 watt flood lights from home depot. With the actual bulb that comes with it, and will the RBTA survive under this, or does it not matter. I know it wont have color because the bulbs give off yellow light. Will it survive?

Thanks,

the halogen light idea is a good one but unfortunetly all they are really good at is growing algea
plus 300w in a 75 isnt allot anyway
i do not reccomned it
maybee ask on the lighting forum if its enough?

i would say that this light would prob. not be the best ........but your tank is way too new for a nem. anyway. has ur tank been through the cycle?
i would wait at leat seven months before getting a nem.

thats just my opinion, but i believe most people would agree.

I know, im no getting it yet. and everything in this tank is coming from a cycled tank so thats good. But would it survive under these lights?

not much is going to watts is not watts 150w halogen has very little useable light for corals and it will not support an anemone you need aquarium lighting
