Lights too much?

Hi I have recently upgraded my lights from 6x39 to 3w cree led's. I Slowly ramped them up to about 50% over 3 weeks but I'm not sure if this is too bright for them. Im still relatively new to corals and am not sure of the signs to look for but it dosnt look like my hammer or Duncan frags are extending all the way.

Temp - 80
Amonia - 0
Nitrites - 0
Nitrates - 20 (I know a little high)
SG 1.025
Calcium 400
DKH - 12
Mag - 1350

Additional info - Tank was moved last week and has been set up in new location for 7 days now. Not sure if things are just still stressed out or not. I have been struggling to find how bright to run the lights with out a par meter.

Thanks for all help in advance.

If its been a week and light is all that's changed, personally I'd ramp down until you find they open back up.

Neither of your corals have high lighting requirements. Id keep the lights low/med and work on keeping parameters steady.
