Lights

So in March I bought s two bulb retro fit kit 48" T5 HO. Lights worked great, but slowly faded after a couple of weeks.
So I called the place I got them from and went a head and ordered two more(in the plan already). Got the other two working so my corals would be fine.
Got the two new ones to work, but the original two still did not.
We thought it was the ballast, but both ballasts worked.
My friend and I redid the wiring today, not the problem.

The lights were maybe three weeks old. Any ideas on what it might be?
I am wanting to get an anemone soon, but not until I get these lights working.

check the endaps for salt creep and corosion

NO salt or corrosion seen when we redid the wiring.

did you check them for continuity? Also check the bulbs for continuity between the pins. not much it could be. Wiring, bulbs, endcaps, or ballast about it.
