lime green algea bloom

I had posted this wendsday but did not get to sign back on and view any posts,

My new system is about 2 months old with about a month of livestock living in it. about 3 days ago a bloom started of the normal "dust" like algea that is usually in tanks but its just a lot of it...i was wondering if this was a normal part of the setup process since its been about 2 years since my last new tank. my water parameters are all in check and everything is alive and happy. the only thing i changed was i added a small power filter with phosphate media in it just temporarily just to remove any untracable organics that might be present. so am i just paranoid or should i be worried and do somthing?

Yes algae blooms are part of the process with new setups, Stay on top of your maintenance and utlize a cleanup crew. All being well it will start to go in a few weeks

excellent the tank has been fully cycled for some time now that was my only concern.
