limits for 6055?

I read somewhere that with a controller (aquasurf or 7095) you should not go below 30% power or it will damage the pump. Is this true? I can't really notice much difference between 30 and 75 percent so the value for me kinda sucks if this is the case.

First make sure your power supply is set to 24V or you are not seeing the full power potential. Settings between 1-30% are not fast enough and the pump will chatter, like a gyroscope spinning to slow it becomes unstable. You can shut the off but should not go below 30% excepting off.
