Lineatus wrasse is spinning!!!

Guys, my lineatus all the sudden is spinning.....other fishes are fine. I checked the water parameter, the readings were good. Anyway, i did 10% water change already....not sure what's wrong....SOS

Most definitely a swim bladder issue (infection or rupture).

Unfortunately your options are few with slim odds.

In my experience not a good sign, when any deep water wrasse does this it doesn't end well. If you have him in a QT treat with antibiotics and say a prayer! Best of luck.
