i was wondering if i can have a dwarf lionfish in a sps reef tank?i had one before in a previous tank and had corals(no sps).he never seemed to bother anything.is there any reason i cant put one in?would he get along with a copperband butterfly?

No problem. I had a dwarf lion in a reef. It ate 3 chromis, but no problem with copperband, sailfin, wrasses.

very cool,i used to love mine .i used to feed him nothing but live foods, and he never once even looked at a tankmate wrong.the one i used to have is now at the clearwater aqaurium(or whatever its called).i gave the fish away to a coworker who had a 135,when he shut his tank down he donated all his fish and tank to them.BTW if you go see him call him by name its HARRY THE LION :D

its not a go for him yet.im looking for a potential centerpiece fish for my new tank.im fairly sure im gonna get a copperband but i was thinking of one other really nice fish.the lion is high on the list,im also really into the achilles tang.im not sure if i can get one locally(and small enough).any of you have one of these tangs?i had one in the past years ago,but recall he didnt do well for me.
