Lionfish breathing heavily

My 2.5 inch sphex lionfish has been breathing heavily for the last 3 days. What should I do. He was brought home from the LFS 4 days ago. He immeadiatly ate 4 ghost shrimp once in the tank. The nex day, he had the labored breathing. And today, seems like some of the scales are missing. He has no white spots, his eyes are clear, he does not rub himself on any rocks or anything. The tank is a 180g sps dominted reef tank with a sohal tank, naso tang, flame angel, 4 convict tangs, regal tang. No aggression towards the lionfish was ever observed. What should I do to treat him.
parameters:
pH 7.99-8.15 swing
SG 1.025
Temp 76-77.5 swing
Ammonia 0
Nitrites 0
Nitrates 10
alk 8.0
calc 420

What or how should I treat him.
He was not in QT. He was in the LFS for 2-3 weeks. I know I should have qt'd. No other fish are showing signs/symptoms of stress/sickness. Please advise. Thanks

take it out of the tank immediately before it spreads whatever it is that is its system that you don't know about yet. I have tried treating my lionfish with copper in a qt in the past to rid of parasites.
good luck
