If any of you have taken my challenge to take a small quantity of your skimmer's solid waste mixed in a cup of tank water and put that back in the tank, I'd love to hear your results.

Fish activity, polyp expansion, invert activity, pH, ORP, etc...

It's all about collecting observations and learning.
