Just wanted to point a job well done by spectrapure. I purchased a used litermeter 3 on the forums about 5 months ago thought it was working great but when I went to set it up had all sorts of trouble. Sent it back to manufacture and they got it fixed up super quickly and what I felt for a great price. Including labor and parts $40 did a full service on it and shipping it back for that!!!

I just wanted to spot light a job well done by them!!!

Very nice. Someone or company does one of us right we praise them right away. Someone or company does us wrong it takes 9 months giving them a chance to fix it before something negative is said. Great job Roger

Yes it takes alot till I post anything negative. I always give them chances to make it right first. I try to be fair.

I bought an auto top off from someone on the forums, the float switch had an issue. They replaced it no questions asked. Awesome customer support!
